Hello
Hello, we are sorry that
ALDI. ie are stopping the printing of photos.
We have had a great few years getting prints of such high quality and fabulous prices. Even having to wate a week or more for them to arrive, they were well worth it.
Thanks again Aldi. Printing my photographs will never be the same.

Great quality but slow dispatch time
Ordered photos from Aldi’s due to only place doing the size i needed at a reasonable price before reading review. After the 3-5 delivery time stated when i ordered started doing research and found a lot of negative reviews on Aldi photo delivery and notification of orders.
Once paid and Aldi have created a job number you get a email, this doesnt update for a few days then. Checked it about 4-5 days later and was in transit. Arrive a week late but the quality and packaging is 100%.
If your looking for a quick turn around then go else where but if its just for keepsakes etc definitely worth it and such a low cost including delivery.
Ive since ordered more and will continue to do so in the future.

Disappointed with the order.
I order prints (Posters) for delivery Christmas and they have not arrived after a month.
Customer services ask me to contact via the website and yet no reply as the parcel lost on the delivery.
Spend few hours modify them on the online system and all wasted.
Very disappointed and please please do not order from them.

Aldi parting company with these people, and no surprise why t
Ordered 26/11, email 27/11 saying dispatched. Waited a week contacted them, it can take up to 8 working days. Contacted after 10 working days, you obviously have not sent it. No, we'll give you your money back. I wonder if that will happen? No doubt it will have to be a credit card charge. Aldi should be embarrassed by using this sub contractor, which they have now cancelled the contract with.
Took the money, no goods
Took the money, never sent my order or sent me any tracking information, called their customer service number who just gave me an email address to contact which as yet shows no response.

Terrible!!!!!!
Terrible!!!!!!! waited two weeks and they still hadn't arrived. Don't use this if you need the photos within a reasonable amount of time (they said 3-4 WEEKS was their standard delivery time haha! Laughable. (Customer service said they couldn't do anything about it and wouldn't offer a refund at all and told me I had to call back after 3/4 weeks - not helpful at all. never using them again!!

I did not regret perfect!
I was afraid cuz of the comments I read but my experience was flawless.
I ordered +50 3x3 square glossed photo prints and just paid aroun £6 delivery included. Quality is good. At some pictures(1-2 of it) I was suspicious for the colors, then I ordered with another company to try and decide omg other well known companies are more expensive and horrible.
I will again order my photo prints from aldi without hesitation
They offer small size photos as I need for my scrapbook and print to fuji paper.
Yes you cannot track the delivery but mine arrived in 10 days after my order! And they really come from Germany Leipzig. So its amazing. I hope they dont change the prices and quality
2 Strikes - bad service!
They sent my first prints to the wrong address. I never received a refund even though I've been chasing for the last few months.
I ordered another print and it turned up damaged with fold marks on it as it was rolled up into a scroll. I did get a refund for this, however, still waiting for a refund for the prints that never arrived. Not cool and bad for the Aldi brand overall! I'm surprised they allow this part of their business to get away with it.

Awful quality, damaged products, slow shipping.
Not often that I go out of my way to leave a review but this is a case I'll make an exception for.
Ordered two poster style prints, both of my own photos, the quality of the printing itself is not that bad, it's not great but not awful. The delivered products however... They come in cardboard boxes, not tubes as you would expect with poster sized prints but boxes with little inserts to try and hold them in a roll, those inserts creased the pictures roughly every 4 inches. One of the prints was not too badly creased, perhaps enough that you could iron them out, the other one is an absolute shambles - unusable. On top of this both were covered in grease and one was scratched in a variety of spots.
And yes they take an age to arrive.
One of the very few services I've ever used where I feel it's a genuine one out of five. Go elsewhere.
Aldi Photos - Cheap, good quality but very very slow.
Let's be clear. The Aldi Photo labs are based in Germany. The standard shipping price is £1.99 so I guess your order is bundled with many others and shipped by land and ferry to the UK. Unfortunately the delivery is very slow and Aldi quote 4 to 8 working days. The tracking code you are sent when dispatched (although I don't actually think they mean dispatched, just finished) is useless. When you are transferred to Whistl all you will get is a "Shipping Details Created" date. Again I think they can't actually track an overland package so they have no idea where it might be. On the up side the prices are very cheap (34p for a 12x8 inch print) and if your images are well exposed the print quality is excellent. Unfortunately no option to pay for express delivery as Aldi say it's operationally not possible. So if you are happy to wait, great. But if you are in a hurry avoid.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Update: 4 weeks now and still no order, no refund and no communication - Aldi photos customer service is honestly disgraceful. I post now in the hope someone reads this and avoids this company at all costs.
How I wish I had looked at these reviews before ordering from Aldi photos. The delivery service is the worst I have ever experienced. Received an email 2 days after ordering to let me know the photos have been dispatched - great, I thought, but 2 weeks later still waiting. The tracking link they provide for whistl is utterly useless - the status has remained “shipment details created” and has not changed. Waiting to hear back from customer service for a refund - do yourself a favour and avoid this scandalous company.

Excellent high quality prints
I ordered 95 7 by 5 prints, they arrived within a week. I am impressed, very impressed by the quality of the images. All the images were sharp and the colours were authentic. No issues. I recommend Aldi. I have not seen better quality.
